Jennifer has done an amazing job of keeping 60 individuals with memory loss engaged, happy, and productive. She brought in hens for the residents to care for, even helping build the chicken coop and tending to it. She helped the residents start a garden to feed the chickens. Her daily activity packets for residents in isolation allowed our them to remain active. Ice cream truck deliveries brought a smile to all and car parades kept families connected above and beyond the Skype calls to keep people involved. Her tireless efforts and extra time spent in the community raised spirits of both residents and staff members. The staff celebrations to show appreciation helped significantly during a very stressful time. As her executive director, I truly do not know what I would have done without her leadership and the sense of fun and normalcy that she contributed. She is a highly valued member of this team and i believe she should be recognized for her outstanding efforts.
