Awards are granted quarterly. You will receive an email when the winners are selected. If your nomination is not selected, you can nominate them again at a later date. There are no restrictions on the number of nominations. Each winner is eligible for an award once per calendar year.

Winners will receive:

• Feature on the Foresight Awards website and social media
• Recognition on seniorlivingforesight.net
• A winner badge you can use on your own website
• A printable certificate

Please note that it is required to have a 500-character explanation of why the person, community, department, or program should receive this honor. You can opt to upload a video instead.
