Suzanne is amazing with our residents with a deep love for each person. She flits around to each resident and provides them with individualized opportunities, virtual visits, reminders about group programs, and keeps residents connected to their family each week. Suzanne created in-room programming when our residents were isolated in their rooms. She provided hallway programs of exercise, music, bingo, target shooting, scavenger hunts on their floor. Suzanne assisted in delivering meals to residents when we served all meals in their suites. At those times she also noted if they needed help organizing their suite, contacting their family, or were in need of supplies. Suzanne even dressed up as a unicorn during the pandemic to bring some joy and a hug when one was so desperately needed. I am in awe of Suzanne's true love and servant heart for all of the residents. She is a role model and has a special desire for residents to continue pursuing their spiritual connections.
